Our ideal candidate must be: - Humble - Hungry - Smart - Positive - Reliable - Responsible - Dependable - Trustworthy - Fast & Efficient - Proactive - Detail-Oriented - Highly Responsive - Highly Organized Duties include, but not limited to: - Be the right-hand for our company leaders - Working on location, off-site and in-office(s) - Printing and organizing orders - Data entry - Arranging appointments and keeping schedules up-to-date - Coordinate staff meetings with team leaders; notify applicable members, creating and gathering all materials - Preparing travel itineraries - Sorting mail and email daily - Managing and responding to emails - Conducting research - Sourcing vendors and managing inventory - Maintaining an organized work space - Shopping, running errands - Light cleaning and organizing Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Driver's license and dependable transportation required - Experienced multi-tasker - Impeccable written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - Team-player - Thrives in high-intensity environments - Flexible - Self-starter - Knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, G-Suite - Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. - Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
