Business Development Center-Auto Alert Automotive Database Mining - Full-time / Part-time

Contact our customer database using Auto Alert to notify them of possible automotive upgrades available. In this role, the candidate will have a direct cause and effect on our ability to add sales from our database. $15-$20 per hour is what we expect the right candidate to make in this position. We have more than enough people for you to call to be successful. Responsibilities: * Calling and emailing our customers and alerting them to new models that are available. * Contacting our customers when new rebates are available on vehicles. * Notifying customers when there may be a chance to lower their current rate. Qualifications: * Candidate must have excellent phone skills and be able to explain trade up options to our customers. Knowledge of database mining tools is preferred, but a candidate who has inside sales skills and especially automotive sales skills, or has worked in a Business Development Center, will be strongly considered for the position. You must have some level of experience in a dealership setting to be considered. * Must be willing to learn the Hyundai product.
