Service Customer Care Specialist - BDC Service Agent

Whether you re helping customers with tire quotes or understanding the recommended maintenance on their vehicle or finding answers to their questions you re ready to share knowledge and provide exceptional assistance. What We Offer * Structured on-boarding program * Terrific training * Employee discount * Discount with AT&T and Verizon * Family atmosphere * Advance placement opportunities * Excellent pay * GM Women s Retail Network Scholarship opportunity Key Qualifications * Identifying and acting upon opportunities * Effectively present products and services to and develop relationships with potential clients. * Handle all administrative aspects of the service appointment * Stay up to date with product knowledge, accessories, pricing plans * Know the market by keeping up with competitive offers and be able to provide market feedback to the Service Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs * Making follow-up calls with customers to check in with them and to offer additional services Qualifications * High School diploma OR GED; college degree preferred * At least 18 years of age * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Available to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays * Customer service experience, a plus * Must be able to pass pre-employment screens
