Reservation Agent - Full-time / Part-time

• To be up-to-date with current information and data including package offering.
• The ability to speak in front of large groups if needed.
• Great customer service skills.
• Team player and highly motivated.
• Ability to compute basic math equations and handle cash.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of computers and computers systems.
• The ability to communicate well.
• Knowledge of wine, Napa wineries, and attractions.
• Serve Safe and Responsible Beverage Certification (or the ability to obtain certification).
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Solid understanding of Windows Operating System and use of the internet.
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• The ability to input data while listening and speaking to guest.

Additional requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and hear English.
• Speak and read English.
• Ability to climb stairs or stand for long period of time.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to twenty-five pounds.
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly.
• Excellent observation, behavioral and social skills.
• Varying schedule to include early morning or evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
