QualificationsEXPERIENCE:
Proven track record as an Executive Chef
Fine dining experience a plus
Providing leadership for culinary staff
A bachelor s degree is highly preferred, fine dining and healthcare experience is certainly a plus
For this role, we are looking for someone has strong leadership capabilities, able to lead a team and develop individuals. This is a team-oriented environment, with support from FOH management and staff, we strive on creating the best experience possible for the residents. In our newly launched signature dining model, our kitchens have been more quick-paced, emphasizing more on the ticket times but without sacrificing the quality of the cuisines! Individuals have to be great with staying organized and communicating effectively with their team! Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays!
