Chef de Cuisine - Full-time / Part-time

The Chef de Cuisine will report to the Restaurant GM and work closely with the Corporate Chef overseeing the day to day operation of the Culinary area, including training, supervision and working with all cooks and culinary staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products at all times. Must be able to motivate and ensure a positive work environment at all times. Must have a managers serve safe certification and all food handlers certifications necessary.
