Tester 2

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Tester 2 for a contract opportunity in New Berlin, WI. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions, and services in the field of energy technology.

Looking for 2-years associates degree in electronics, engineering, or related field.

As a Tester 2, you will:

• Be required to own EH rated safety shoes
• Perform functional testing and inspection of electric drive and control products per test procedures, using standard and specialized test equipment
• Within the routed testing time, ensure compliance to quality and delivery metrics
• Troubleshoot electric drive and control products to locate fault, and complete repairs as required.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance of test systems and equipment.
• Perform production assembly and material handling activities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school / vocational school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs consistently
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills

Additional Information:

• 6 month Contract

Shift hours:

• 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - 1st shift hours + overtime
• 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm - 2nd shift hours + overtime
