About this job

Our client, a large insurance company in the Everett area, is currently looking for an Inbound Customer Care Representative to join their team immediately.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Processes orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Take inbound calls (roughly 60/day) that are generated from letters that were sent out to customers, or take calls from customers returning a message that was left for them earlier.

Provide an elite level of customer service to all customers/patrons calling.

Requirements:

Previous call center experience.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
