About this job

The Electronic Assembler will be assembling different consoles.

The candidates will work in the electronic department performing soldering and EM Assembly. They will also perform plug/play testing of the consoles.

3-5 Must Haves

-Soldering Experience
-Electronic Assembler
-Read Prints/Diagrams

1. Assemble electronic components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
2. Perform in-process quality checks on subassemblies and finished product
3. Utilize hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures
4. Participate in line meetings as needed
5. Work with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements
6. Maintain integrity by using proper attire and adherence to environment practices and procedures
7. Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in process, test results (e.g., timecards), and special projects
8. Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures, QSR, GMP and FDA regulations
2. Proficient in basic assembly procedures using hand tools and soldering equipment
3. Ability to perform board level work with surface mount and through hole components.
4. Proficient with electromechanical processes
