Position Summary
This position will maintain facility and equipment to accommodate production/warehousing in safe working atmosphere. They will also follow through with all Preventive Maintenance on automation and equipment and troubleshoot and solve any automation or equipment problems that may affect safety, quality or production. This position will work with outside contractors and vendors to maintain equipment and needed inventories, as well as communicate with the Maintenance Manager. He/she will be responsible for any activities that affect Safety, Quality or Production. Additionally, this person will train co-workers while developing harmony in the work place.
Some PLC Troubleshooting required
Key Duties And Responsibilities
���Keep automation and machines running, which will include repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and assemblies
���Lockout tag out, all safety related issues while working on or around plant/production equipment
���Fabricate and design engineering changes and modifications, and install, design and fabricate some equipment for production operations
���Keep plant a safe work area and perform general housekeeping
���Training and communication activities
