Customer Account Advisor

Position Overview:

• Inbound call center role that handles questions regarding cell phones and cell phone plans that Consumer Cellular provides
• There is an up-sell component to the role, reps will offer different plans, new phones, accessories, etc to the customers that are calling in

Requirements:

• Any customer service background is acceptable
• There will be some computer testing required, more to come on this next week
• Proven track record of great attendance and punctuality

Pay:

• $12.27/hr for 32 hours
• 1.75 (OT rate) $21.47 for next 8 hours = an average of $14.11/hr when they work 40 hours per week
