Batch Maker - Full-time / Part-time

This candidate will be batch making and accurately recording all batch data.

Responsible for batch making by utilizing (GMP's) Good Manufacturing Practices, etc. in keeping with TBC Safety guidelines and procedures.

Previous responsibility for the accurate recording of all batch data and process-specific data throughout the shift such as downtime records, etc. and makes on-line adjustments in order to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Experience with scheduling and in-process cleaning in specific areas of the plant utilizing a variety of cleaning agents and equipment.

Responsible for calling maintenance and submitting work orders as needed in a timely fashion if/when unable to resolve mechanical problems. Also coordinates regularly with Line Lead and Production Supervisor on all packaging/changeover issues, etc.

Responsible for maintaining established quality levels and tolerances for all TBC products including performing regular analytical and quality test/checks throughout the shift.

All qualifications of an Operator - Consistent performance demonstration of the following skills at a proficient level for a minimum of 3 months: properly and diligently following all batch ticket instructions, accurately recording all batch data, quality and efficient batchmaking skills, effective operation of the bulk raw material distribution system, outstanding demonstrated commitment to good housekeeping, proper use of all production equipment according to SOP
