Located Near Scottsdale Rd. and Thomas
Facilitate appointments, referrals, hand-offs and translation assistance. Provide resources and materials to clients, enabling them to apply and receive services. Interact with federal agencies and private institutions to determine services.
They will be responsible for facilitating the process of applying for Social Security Disability for Human Arc's health plan members.
-Handle 50-60 inbound/outbound calls a day
-Placing follow up calls to members to see if they have received the necessary paperwork
-Placing calls to the Social Security Office to check on the status of a case
-Working with members of a health plan throughout the application process
-Must be able to be assertive and tactful to move those cases through to SS and ultimately an approval
