Process Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

An automotive company located in Fort Wayne has an immediate need for a Process Engineer. The chosen candidate will work alongside their 2 other Process Engineers and report directly to the operations manger. This person will own 1/3 of the manufacturing process/lines and will be responsible for ensuring daily operational efficiency. Will help direct (not supervise) maintenance and mold techs with any problems that may arise. The team currently has one process engineer that specializes with the controls, but they are looking for this person to either has experience or is willing to learn PLC troubleshooting (read ladder logic) to help assist the team with PLC issues. Additional responsibilities will be helping with future product launches. Could also be tasked with working with quality engineers to help develop work instructions.

Must Have:

-Bachelor Degree in Engineering related

-2+ years' experience within Process/Manufacturing Engineering role

-Willing to work overtime

-Must be team oriented with strong communication skills.
