Pharmacy Technician - (Trainee License Required) HIRING ASAP!!

A pharmacy in Tempe, Arizona is currently hiring for a Pharmacy Technician. In this role, interested candidates can expect the following responsibilities:

• Link prescriptions to current patients and register new patients when necessary.
• Complete data entry by interpreting prescriptions and following standard operating procedures that provide guidelines on how to complete the process properly.
• Process new patient registrations by entering data into the computer system.
• Handle correspondence to patients.
• Enter refill orders for processing.
• Handle patient prescription profile requests.

Additional information regarding the Pharmacy Technician position is below:

• Must become a Certified Pharmacy Technician within two years of being a licensed trainee.
• Company will reimburse for all license/certification renewal and PTCB
• Position #1 starting is $13.25/hour for entry level. If more qualified, there may be room to get more money per hour, or be bumped to next open position #2 at $14.50
• Shift is 6:30am-3:00pm
