Aviation Painter - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Aviation is looking for Aircraft Painters.

Job Description:

Applies basic and some advanced technical skills and knowledge in original equipment manufacturing of final paint application on original equipment manufactured parts, components and complete subsystems for operational aircraft applications. Performs any of the detailed work operations required to be completed in this area of specialization.Performs minor assembly of parts, components and subsystems using products and processes which are varied but generally not complex in scope to apply primer, topcoat paint, and any spray-applied coatings to aircraft parts consistent with government, customer and company standards.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience painting (A)
* 3+ years of experience with paint preparation (B)
* Must meet the physical requirements and be certified to wear respirator.
* Must be able to lift 25lbs on a regular basis using proper lifting techniques
GED or HS

PAY:

$16-$18 per hour. Rate depends on experience.
