Responsibilities
Completes data entry, verifies data or information using standard verification processes
Performs clerical, phone, operational or manual work
Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact
Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources
Perform document review and audit
Effectively process escalated or rushed tasks
