Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for both PLC troubleshooting, Electrical troubleshooting, and Mechanical troubleshooting. The will be responsible for performing maintenance on injection mold machines, blow molding machines, mixing equipment, presses, and IDC machines. About 50% of each shift will be performing preventative maintenance. Each day a tech will be give a certain section of machines he or she will be responsible for checking up on keeping PM's on schedule. They other half of the shift will be performing work orders and reactive maintenance. This candidate needs to be stronger electrically and with PLC's. Electrical maintenance includes 3 phase motors, sensors, switches, Allen Bradley PLC's, and servo drives. They have recently brought in 2 million dollars worth of new machines. Everything is very automated so they are very big on having a strong electrical candidate. Mechanical Maintenance includes Hydraulic troubleshooting, pneumatic troubleshooting, replacing ball joints, conveyor troubleshooting, and PM's.
