Job Description:
Individuals in this role will handle 60-80 inbound calls from customers primarily answering customer service related questions and fielding customer applications.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour work week between Monday-Sunday 8am-9pm
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience (Retail, Face-to-Face, Restaurant, Call Center)
- Basic computer skills (30+ WPM and Microsoft Office)
