Aerotek's client is seeking a Redemptions Account Manager (Collections + Repossessions Specialist) to join their front office team in Dulles, VA. Aerotek's client is the largest auto auction in the U.S. and this position is based out of their corporate office in Dulles, VA.
The future incumbent will be working with customers whose vehicles have been repossessed that are coming to pick up their vehicle. The primary function of this role is to set up payment plans, take payments, and work with customers to assist them with regaining their vehicle. This will involve meeting face to face with customers (by appointment only), handling inbound calls, and communicating via email.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in one of the following positions or a similar position:
Call Center Agent, Collections Agent, Bank Teller, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Automotive Sales & Customer Service, Automotive Service Writer, Automotive Receptionist, or File Clerk.
Candidates must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone as well as hosting 1-on-1 meetings with their clients in-person at the office in Dulles.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office required for this role.

Candidates will be required operate Microsoft Office Suite regularly, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Candidates will be required to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in-person.
