Job Description:

  • The Customer Service Representative will be handling inbound calls from any current, former and future patients or families. They will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients that are looking to sign up to receive the company's mail order service and potentially purchase a prescription to be delivered.
  • In addition to patient registration calls, the CSR will be responsible for entering refill requests and testing claims for proper authorization.

Hours:

  • Monday - Saturday Availability: 5am-6pm

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of healthcare call center experience
