Electrician - Full-time / Part-time

Electrician will be responsible for the 75% electrical repair and 25% mechanical repair of various machine throughout the shop. Various machines include: ABB Robots, Press Machines, and CNC Benders.75% electrical and 25% mechanical as well as additional preventative maintenance.

ELECTRICAL:
- 220v, 440v, 3 phase
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine causes of operating errors and make appropriate repairs.
- ABB and Motoman

MECHANICAL:
- Hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshoot and repair - repairing leaks on hydraulic equipment, such as hoses), including disconnect-reconnect on machines being repaired or replaced
- Replace motors, pumps, switches, gears, heat exchanges

PMs:
- Follow guidelines on daily/weekly maintenance
- Document completed maintenance
- Provide suggestions on any necessary improvements to PMs

1st shift 6am - 2:30pm
