About this job
Maintenance Technician needed for a food production facility in Federal Way, WA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of being a direct hire depending on the candidate.
Job Duties:
- Supports effective and cost-efficient manufacturing operations through maintenance of a competitive and reliable asset base
- Selects, installs, repairs, and maintains mechanical, electrical, process, and support equipment and systems
- Executes predictive, preventative, and breakdown maintenance procedures
- Inspects plant equipment on daily basis to monitor health and functionality
- Interacts with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for work orders and maintenance procedures
Qualifications:
- Qulaified candidates will ideally have experience with hydraulics, PLC, pneumatic and electrical
- Experience in a food production facility is not required
