Certified or Registered Medical Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently hiring an EXPERIENCED Registered OR Certified Medical Assistant for a contract opportunity with a great fertility clinic on the south-side! This position does require 1 year of experience in OB/GYN or fertility. A brief job description is supplied below.

Job Description:
Triage and room patients-this includes but is not limited to obtaining vital signs, determining chief complaint and reporting to the physician.
Provide or assist LPNs and physicians with examinations, and educate patients regarding medication protocols.

Draw blood for patients according to standing orders/protocol and document accurately in patients electronic health record.

Chaperons and assist providers and LPNs as requested.

Maintain clean, well-equipped examination rooms, clean and sterilize instruments.
