The Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician is responsible for paying attention to detail and accuracy. Ensure Material and Product Integrity and follow procedures for identification, isolation and disposition of nonconformity. Conduct quality testing of beverages, and raw materials throughout the entire production process. Monitor, record and report processes and equipment trends. Conduct Quality System audits.
Job Description:
- Experience working manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Position is a flex shift work, and may require flexibility and a willingness to work other shift if needed regularly.
- The QA Technician is responsible for operating safely at the same time insuring that a quality product is produced with minimum down time.
- As a QA Tech, you'll collect, record and analyze data and learn appropriate actions required to take to correct issues based upon this information.
- You'll work within time parameters and prioritize work accordingly.
- You should have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to routinely lift 50lbs.
- Ability to perform duties and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work as a team player. And, you should be knowledgeable of HACCP and GMPs.
- 2 years of food or beverage lab experience preferred
