The superintendent will:
-create two week look ahead reports
-create daily safety reports
-ensure quality control of the projects
-manage electrical and mechanical type projects
-work closely with the USACE and the end user to facilitate projects
-be measured on completing projects on time and within budget Work Environment: - Working on a military base near San Antonio, Texas on various projects with the USACE
- will work closely with the end user
- will manage the on-site day to day operations Qualifications: Qualifications:
-ICRA certification (preferred, not required)
-OSHA 30 certification
-Quality Control Management certification
-experience as a project superintendent

Best vs. Average:
-strong ability with mechanical/electric type projects
-ICRA certification Performance Expectations: - ability to guide project to completion on time and within budget
- ability to work well with the USACE and the end users on site
