The Bowling Center Assistant General Manager (AGM) is someone who gets results and handles all the small details that come with managing a center. AGMs are responsible for all aspects of center operations and floor management, handling the day-to-day of the facility and making sure that its staff complies with all standards and procedures. Assistant General Managers are effective multi-taskers, overseeing a variety of functions—from executing operational plans and monitoring budgets to expediting sales and marketing plans to reviewing weekly (and monthly) P&L statements. It all goes back to two key elements of the AGM experience that define the role: great customer service, inspiring your team and controlling expenses. The AGM is always thinking about creative ways to enhance customer service and employee satisfaction. The AGM works hard to achieve the set goals- deliverables that are both measurable and achievable.
