Job Summary: Grand Rapids Call Center and Answering Service has a full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will provide best-in-class live telephone support and answering services to a wide range of clients including hospitals, medical offices, property management, information technology, and more. This busy position requires a customer-focused attitude, professional communication, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task while on the phone with the caller.
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $11.32/hr to start. Pay increases earned based on performance and attendance.
Schedule: Company is open 7 days per week. Work schedule is full time averaging 35-40 hours/week with a mix of morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Applicants must have open availability.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Open and flexible availability
- National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
