Job Summary: A large midwest property management company is looking for an Apartment Redecoration person at a large apartment community.  This person will be performing pre-maintenance to bring the apartment to a presentable level so that the work of the painting and cleaning contractors can proceed quickly.  They will also be responsible for touch-ups to make the apartment ready for occupancy.  Through a willingness to work as a team member the Redecoration person assists the Manager as needed, as well as residents, in a polite and professional manner.

Location: Byron Center, MI

Position Type: Evaluation Hire, Full-Time

Pay: $12.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid drivers license and a working vehicle.  General Maintenance knowledge, including basic skills in carpentry, dry wall, plumbing, and electricity are essential.  Should have own hand tools.  The ability to work independently and communicate effectively are important.  Candidates must be able to pass a background check. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
