Job Summary: A Michigan property management company has an opportunity for a full-time groundskeeper for several of their property locations in central Grand Rapids. Job duties will include but not limited to maintaining property grounds, mowing, trimming, weeding, shoveling, salting, and general repairs with light janitorial. Driving a company truck and traveling to various properties will be required.
Location: Grand Rapids
Position Type: Evaluation Hire, Full-Time
Pay: $11.00-$12.00/hr
Schedule: Typically 8:00am-5:00pm working 40 hours per week
Qualifications: 2 years of previous landscaping and grounds maintenance experience is required. Excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record along, ability to pass a background check, and a high school/GED required. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
