About this job
This is a great 1st shift temp to hire position in Huntley, IL. My client is looking for a well-rounded CNC Setup/ Operator to work on primarily lathes, but some mills. This position will up to $20 per hour but there may be some room for negotiation.
CNC Setup/ Operator Responsibilities:
- Setup CNC Lathes and some mills
- Load G-code Programs
- Edit program if needed
- Setup turret, tool room lathes, horizontal and vertical mills
- Inspect product
CNC Setup Operator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of setup experience
- Vocational schooling a plus
- Team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
