Job Summary: A Grand Rapids, MI, manufacturing company experiencing incredible growth is looking for Machine Operators on all shifts. This position is fast-paced, will lift product on and off a line, operate machines used to make the product, inspect the product, and may include rotating between several positions to complete the process. This is a full-time evaluation hire opportunity with openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The company has an outstanding benefits package upon hire in and is a destination company to work for in West Michigan.

Position Type: Full time, evaluation-hire
Pay: $10.00-$12.50/HR
Schedule: All Shifts Available
Qualifications: A qualified candidate will have worked in manufacturing and have experience in production, quality control, machine operation and have worked within an automated environment. Candidates with experience operating Extrusion, Slitter, Packaging, Molding machines are a plus. Candidates must be comfortable lifting from 30 to 40 pounds repetitively, be fast-paced, and able to lift and unload products with repeated bending, stretching, and twisting. Basic computer skills are also necessary. Qualities such as being self-directed, team oriented, and the ability to multi-task are imperative. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
