Job Summary: A growing property management company has an opening for a Maintenance Technician. Applicant will be repairing apartments for new and existing occupants, painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, fixture repair and replacement. Candidate will complete indoor preventative maintenance as well as outdoor landscaping and maintenance including snow removal.
Location: Grand Rapids
Position Type: Full time, evaluation hire
Pay: $12.00-$14.00/hr DOE
Schedule: day shift
Qualifications: Candidates with previous property maintenance experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates need to have general handyman skills and have their own set up basic tools. Drivers license and ability to pass a background check is required to be considered for this position. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
