MISSON:
Shift Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. As we approach the holiday season, mandatory OT will be required and will extend the work shift and will require Sunday OT on November 26th, December 3rd, December 10th and December 17th as business needs require.
The Warehouse Associate is a support position within the Distribution Center. The individual will be picking and packing merchandise orders and following appropriate procedures. Assisting with other duties as needed, which may include making boxes, processing returns, tagging merchandise and other duties as needed to help support the overall business.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
- Picks, and assembles merchandise orders according to conditions on pick tickets.
- Insures all orders are picked, unless a requested item is out of stock.
- Responsible for accuracy and neatness of picking.
- Read and understand pick tickets.
- Must be familiar with the location of all merchandise within the distribution center.
- Maintain at least minimum productivity and quality standards while also following safety procedures.
- Notify supervisor of shortages of packing materials and/or product.
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
- High school Diploma/GED
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a production line. Standing and walking throughout your entire shift.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work over time, as business deems necessary.
- Able to speak and read English.
- Ability to count (math).
