At Sunrise, our Regional Human Resources Manager will perform a high level generalist role, supporting areas as assigned. Working closely with regional leadership and community support office, the responsibilities include providing the highest level of support in the areas of team member relations, talent acquisition and development, retention, and compliance & legal actions, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations leadership in providing coaching, development & mentoring to community teams to manage talent assessment and development of leaders within the area
- Facilitate and engage in delivery of key organizational HR initiatives to communities within area
- Participate in training delivery, development of programs and managing participation to support business priorities
- Partner with talent acquisition team and champion the recruitment strategy for the area
- Advise, consult, and counsel management in appropriate resolution of team member relations issues and all other HR related topics
- Promote and conduct thorough investigations pertaining to team member relation matters, allegations and charges
- Provide HR assessments and expertise to community leaders on team member related issues ranging from selection and hiring to discipline and terminations
- Effectively communicates and oversees federal, state, & local laws, and company policies to ensure compliance and support as it pertains to the communities and leaders
- Champion consistent communication within the region

Qualifications:
- College Degree and Five (5) year’ experience in a Human Resources generalist capacity
- Senior living, hospitality or service industry experience desired
- Multi-site experience preferred
- Ability to travel to communities within geographical region and work flexible hours when needed to respond to emergencies required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Champions the quality of life for all seniors.
