Front Desk Concierge/Receptionist Located conveniently in the Clairemont Mesa area. MUST LOVE DOGS! This work environment is unique.... you can bring your dog to work with you!

The position is full time Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.

The person in the role before was promoted into the Human Resource Department, so their is great growth potential.

Essential Duties:

• Greet, assist and direct guests, workers, visitors and the general public

• Answer all incoming calls and handled caller’s inquiries

• Provide office support services when required

• Respond to guests and public inquiries

• Receive, direct and pass on telephone fax messages

• Provid word-processing and clerical support

•Type and distribute correspondence

• Pick up, sort and distribute incoming mail

• Maintain the common filing system and file all letters

• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office supplies

• Provide administrative services to the department managers and HR

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent/current experience as a front desk receptionist

• Exceptional verbal communication skills

• Friendly personality and not afraid to smile and make conversation with new people

• Proficiency with MS office and strong keyboarding skills (typing 40+ wpm)
