PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Farmers Branch client in search of a Benefits Administrator to join their growing team. This is a permanent opportunity that includes benefits administration and general HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Benefits Administration:
• Manage the company benefit programs (Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, AD&D, LTD, STD, Flex Spending and 401k)
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations and COBRA
• Function as point of contact to benefit vendors and third party administrator (ADP)
• Advise employees on eligibility, coverage and benefit matters and respond to questions
• Coordinate and manage the annual Open Enrollment /renewal processes
• Recommend benefit plan changes
• Finalize all non-exempt time cards each pay period, key time corrections and input PTO
Skills & Requirements
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of computer skills including Word and Excel and reporting programs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with ADP Workforce is preferred - ADP knowledge (any version) is required
• Familiar with government HR policies such as FMLA, ADA, Cobra and FLSA

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in human resources or related degree and equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of computer skills including Word and Excel and reporting programs
