Do you have a minimum of 2 years of internal helpdesk experience?! Our Las Colinas client is looking to add a new person to their small team! Together, they support a 120 person office. This role is Temp to Hire, as well!!!

Job Description
  • Provide helpdesk support, troubleshoot and resolve reported issues to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
  • Assist with on boarding of new users: (1) Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software, (2) Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses, (3) Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
  • Manage PC setup and deployment/replacement using standard hardware, images and software
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Desired
  • 2 Years Helpdesk support experience
  • Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Office 2013/16, Hardware Knowledge (A+ Preferred), Basic networking understanding and implementation
  • Exchange user, groups, shared mailboxes add/change/delete
  • Acronis backup and server/workstation imaging
  • Logmein Rescue (Remote troubleshooting our customer’s experience with proprietary applications)
  • I3 Interation Client support
