Client in the Dinuba/Reedley area is searching for a Sales/Admin Clerk.
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Sales the successful candidate will have the ability to assist the sales team with all aspects of day-to-day operations. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Sales the successful candidate will have the ability to assist the sales team with all aspects of day-to-day operations. Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor collections- Weekly calls, e-mails and faxes.
- Coordinate e-mailing or faxing statements to any customers weekly.
- In charge of updating over 30 day aging report weekly.
- Responsible for claims reporting- Includes working closely with sales team on all claim files and providing updates to sales and operations on weekly basis.
- Accountable for processing juice orders weekly.
- In charge of short & over payments- Pulling information and informing sales of any short or over payments as the information is received from accounting.
- Manage processing any online orders.
- Involved in ordering office supplies for the sales office.
- Responsible for working with customers & shipping office on export documentation.
- In charge of researching open invoices during pool closings.
- Assist with answering sales multi-phones.
- Coordinate filling out paperwork for electronic payments as needed.
- Capable for assisting with online CHEP & IFCO tracking system.
- Assist with customers.
- May perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to be cross trained
- Ability to maintain professionalism in every level of the sales process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills that facilitate successful interaction with customers from diverse ages and cultures.
- Ability to follow instructions
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of produce sales office experience or an AA degree or a combination of both experience and education.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Knowledge of Software including Famous, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Strong computer skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Demonstrate negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Work independently.
