The Cycle Counter Lead will be responsible for coordinating activities of team members in conjunction with and in absence of supervisor. Ensure team members are working safe and accurately following guidelines. Train new team members in job duties to standards, and be responsible for daily production report. The Cycle Counter Lead will also be required to perform same duties as the Cycle counter associate. This position will provide support to the 400 plus Burlington Coat Factory stores nationwide. Experience in a fast paced, dynamic distribution environment.

  • Must make sure the entire warehouse is accurately cycle counted within 8 weeks per year.
  • Must count every case in reserve and make sure the cases have the proper SKU (stock keeping unit) and quantity.
  • Must be certified to operate all forklifts; certification training would be provided if needed.
  • Create various reports for management.
  • Pull additional documentation as needed to send to the Audit department for research.
  • Work with the management to resolve issues found in the cycle counting.
  • Operate all types of forklifts to pull / put away merchandise and pallets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
  • Overtime required at times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
