Duties:
- Responsible for training new employees to increase productivity, accuracy and length of the inventory
- Support PAL initiatives and FIT team to improve results
- Implementation and achievement of expected business improvements
- Assist Area Manager with recruiting new candidates- through outside sourcing and job fair events
- Interview, Onboard and Train new hires both in live inventories and training locations
- Process Onboarding documents and background information to complete the hiring process
- Training to assist with running live inventory events
- Be able to travel to other offices or markets to assist with hiring needs
- Part-Time hourly position.
Requirements
Requirements:
Must be at least 23 years of age
Must meet driving requirements
Have reliable transportation
Computer Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Training in a group environment
Interview skills for entry level positions
Able to bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to pass a background check.
