Job Summary:
Responsible for completing data entry and other general clerical tasks that are required to maintain an organized and functional home health, hospice and therapy department. Completes projects as assigned by department managers.

Your responsibilities:
* Complete all necessary reports completely, accurately and in a timely manner
* Act as a liaison between field staff and central office
* Audit each Medicare and Managed Care claim to ensure all regulations have been met prior to submitting for billing
* Complete regular trainings related to Medicare billing regulations for Home Health claims
* Train/Educate field staff on Brookdale policies and procedures.
* Help with training Home Care Home Base software and workflow
Required Skills:
* High school diploma required
* Two years experience in a business office setting required
* Experience in data entry with reconciliation component is preferred
* Previous Home Health or Outpatient Therapy billing a plus
* Ability to work varying hours, including weekends, nights and holidays
