Duties include:
Inform designated employees of items loaded or problems encountered
Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems
Examine freight to determine loading sequences
Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly
Qualifications:
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits
6 months of experience as a warehouse lead
