Part time Facilities Courier/ Light Maintenance - Full-time

Physicians' Clinic of Iowa is seeking a part timeFacilities Courier/Light Maintenance person (one day per week with flexibility to fill in as needed) to join our team. This individual will be Responsible for performing light building maintenance, delivery services, and assisting Facilities Manager with facilities operational issues (housekeeping, grounds keeping etc). Some duties include:Picks up and drops off interoffice multiple times per day between PCI's Administrative Services building and the PCI Medical Pavilion.Makes deposit deliveries from PCI Central Business Office to the banks on behalf of both PCI and Medical Group Solutions clients.Runs errands for the clinic as requestedAssist in performing light maintenance duties as necessary and drive utility vehicle to various areas of the PCI campus for light grounds keeping.Delivers packages to the various PCI clinics and tenants in the PCI Medical Pavilion The leading candidate will possess the ability to interact with healthcare team, coworkers, and vendors. Must possess effective communication skills (verbal, written etc), and must possess the ability to exhibit professionalism, teamwork and a positive attitude in the workplace. The selected candidate will be adept at performing minor maintenance tasks. PCI is E.O.E. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
