We are an 8 provider community private practice group with our parent office located in Eastern Montgomery Co. in the White Oak neighborhood of northern Silver Spring, Maryland ½ mile outside the Washington DC beltway. We have recently expanded into a sister office 20 minutes away in College Park, MD walking distance from the University of Maryland. We are a feature of multi-disciplined clinicians with dynamic character, cutting edge clinical expertise and astute business sense. Services in addition to Phyical and Occupational Therapy are Certified Hand Therapy (via PT and OT), and Durable Medical Equipment. Both are large, bright offices built to compete with hospital based rehab facilities. We serve a mixed patient population directly referred to us from primary care physicians, specialist physicians and word of mouth. Our patient demographic makeup and it's respective approximate percentages vary to include: adolescents (10%), sport injuries (15%), general adult and senior orthopedics (55%), hands and upper extremity (15%), CVA's, or other severe functionally impaired (5%). This profile can be further described by type of beneficiary case type to approximately be: Medicare (22%), Medicaid (18%), commercial/military (45%), work related (8%), auto accidents or other liability (7%). Manage a comfortable schedule with the assistance of competent support staff and Clinicient EMR via mobile devices. All bodywork tables are hi lo's with optional curtains in wide open space featuring Alter G, Vertimax, vibration platforms, Biodex Balance platforms, True Stretch cages, suspension systems and more. There are several ways to earn in addition to a base income. The candidate must be a genuine care-giver whose manual skills are exceptional and other interventional techniques are engaging. Currently staffed are 5 full-time PT's, 1 OT, 1 dually licensed OT/PT and 1 PTA. We host 3-4 student internships annually and all Physical Therapists are Dry Needling certified as it is mandatory and offered as a benefit for employment through a $2K/year Cont. Ed benefit.
