Event Planner - Full-time

Roeliff Jansen Park Events Coordinator The Town of Hillsdale, as Supervisors of the Roeliff Jansen Community Park, is accepting applications for the position of Roeliff Jansen Community Park Events Coordinator. A self-motivated individual will: •Promote the use of the Roeliff Jansen Park for appropriate Events •Respond to all inquiries promptly •Schedule on-site, face-to-face meetings with potential client(s) •Oversee the contractual agreement between the Park and the Event client(s) •Supervise Event set-up and clean-up as necessary •Immediately notify the Town regarding any questions or violations of Event contract •Provide monthly reports to the Hillsdale Town Board Please submit letter of interest to: Kathi Doolan, Hillsdale Town Clerk, 2609 State Route 23, P.O.
