We seek Lead Carpet Cleaning Technicians responsible for creating our raving fans. Of course you are paid while we train you on both our top-secret cleaning process as well as the not-so-top-secret way we maximize your pay. This is an entry level position and no experience is needed to excel. We provide you with paid training and heaps of support! We insist that you only offer the customer what is needed.

CARPET CLEANER TECHNICIAN COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• Earn $17 to $30+ per hour (Hourly plus commission)
• Paid initial and ongoing training

• No experience required - entry level position with great earning potential
• Desire, motivation and positive attitude to succeed
• Able to work independently, while also contributing to a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Current driver's license with good driving record
• Able to move and/or lift at least 50 lbs.
• Candidates must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check.

• Maintain production numbers in line with company standards
• Provide an exceptional level of service and be a Zerorez brand ambassador
• Provide high quality carpet & surfaces cleaning, as well as additional Zerorez services using a proven system and consultative sales approach
• Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles
• Manage and maintain proper inventory of consumables and retail items in vehicle
• Secure payment and receipt for services using Zerorez systems
• Uphold all Zerorez policies, procedures and standards

• Technician's schedules revolve around our customers' varying needs and as such, technicians must be flexible in the days and hours they can work each week.
