Providence is calling a Lab Technician II - Gastroenterology ( Full Time / Day Shift) to our Facey Endoscopy Center in Mission Hills, CA.
In this position you will:
* Responsible for providing assistance to the GI physicians in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Facey Endoscopy Center by providing safe and efficient patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Medical Assistant Certification, Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate or Surgical Technology Certificate.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Five or more years health care experience in a GI lab.
