What we Want – An Entry Level Accounting Clerk:

• Entering AP Invoices and scanning
• Creating weekly check runs and mailing
• Bank reconciliation
• Reconciling monthly vendor statements
• Preparing and making bank deposits
• Assisting Director of Accounting on any other accounting related projects

What you Need:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Familiarity with bookkeeping
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS OFFICE
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow procedures with accuracy and consistency
