Cleaning Specialists Starting Pay $10.00. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the buildings to meet customer standards.
Responsibilities:
Service, clean, and supply restrooms
Gather and empty trash and recyclables
Dust furniture, walls, and equipment
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean windows, glass, and mirrors
Spot clean carpets
Mop floors
Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized
Follow manufacturer’s specifications for preparing cleaning chemicals and using equipment
Report to supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring additional service
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by Area Supervisor or Account or Asst. Account Manager
